Shadowbook

Shadowbook by Miriam Rasch is a about how language changes in the digital sphere, using different mediums for writing. It does this through five experimental essays and one exposition.

My editorial approach to this was to express the overload of information which is thrown at people online by using tracing paper to have partially see through pages which show the pages behind, creating a sort of collage with images and texts. The book also begins with shortened versions of the texts with the options to turn to different pages to read the rest. This creates a different way of navigation and allows each text to shine in its own space.
